Your mission:

As an Active Directory Service Manager, you are responsible for the overall governance of the AD service and the coordination of the different parties involved in its operation and evolution. You ensure the consistency of

technical, operational, and security guidelines while maintaining a trusting relationship with stakeholders. Your role is key in the strategic management of the Active Directory environment and in supporting

transformations related to identity and access management.

Your main tasks:

You will be the main contact between the Client and the Provider for the entire Active Directory service management;

Overall guarantor of the environment's consistency (architecture, configuration, security posture, operational practices) in accordance with the Client's standards and governance;

Coordination of the service management team and leading monthly and semi-annual strategic reviews (AD evolution, security, technical debt, alignment with the Client's long-term identity strategy).
 

Required profile :

Technical skills:

Transverse vision of architecture, operations, governance;

Ability to lead monthly and strategic steering committees;

Coordination skills for teams and structured escalation;

Understanding of Tier 0 security issues and the Client's identity strategy.

Perfect command of French and English languages;

Personal qualities:
