We are recruiting a Social Media Specialist who will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop the company's digital presence and generate qualified leads and sales. With a clear goal: to make digital a real growth lever (acquisition + conversion).
• Manage acquisition campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)
• Optimize conversion funnels (landing pages, user journeys, retargeting)
• Manage tracking and performance analysis (CPL, ROI, conversion)
• Develop SEO (technical + content) and website visibility
• Participate in the management and optimization of the website (UX, content)
• Create digital content (posts, visuals, videos, ads)
• Manage and engage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Contribute to the development of e-commerce activity

Required profile :

Profile sought

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in digital marketing / communication
• 5+ years of experience in digital acquisition / lead generation
• Proficiency in: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, SEO
• Comfortable with WordPress / Webflow + creation tools (Canva, Photoshop...)
• Results-oriented (leads, ROI, conversion)
• Autonomous, analytical, with initiative
