Job :

MISSION:

To lead and coordinate all Solution Product Management activities within the ICT Solution & Product Engineering department, ensuring quality of execution, portfolio coherence, and economic performance of offers.
Ensure operational governance of product roadmaps and support ICT Solution Product Managers in structuring, industrializing, and continuously optimizing their portfolios.
Ensure transverse consolidation and prioritization of Product initiatives to guarantee aligned, structured, and scalable execution.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and lead the ICT Solution & Product Management team
Lead the operational governance of product portfolios
Oversee the prioritization of initiatives and arbitrate workloads and dependencies
Ensure consolidated monitoring of roadmaps and industrialization plans
Ensure transverse coherence between product strategy, service structuring, and partner ecosystem
Ensure consolidation and supervision of partner commitments (certifications, levels, obligations, and associated benefits)
Supervise the consolidated performance of managed services and professional services associated with product portfolios
Guarantee the quality and completeness of product deliverables (blueprints, business cases, reference documents, documentation)
Consolidate the economic performance of portfolios and ensure regular monitoring
Identify and manage interdependencies between technological domains
Lead periodic portfolio reviews (risks, performance, rationalization)
Ensure operational coherence between Product, Delivery, Operations, and Marketing
Ensure structured coordination with Solution Architects and Solution Consultants teams
Structure, formalize, and continuously improve Product processes
Support the skill development of ICT Solution Product Managers
Ensure the industrialization of offers and the reduction of delivery/run exceptions
 

Required profile :

- Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Telecommunications, Networks, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

- Experience in Product Management within ICT, IT, or Telecoms sectors.

- Experience in product portfolio management and roadmap leadership.

- Experience in team management and stakeholder coordination (Product, Delivery, Marketing, Operations).
