Job :

As part of the development of our HR and communication projects, we are looking for a passionate Internal Communications Officer for a pre-hiring internship with a CDI contract at the end, who is creative and proactive.

Your main tasks:
- Participate in the design and deployment of internal communication actions;
- Write and distribute engaging content (newsletters, HR communications, internal materials, displays, etc.);
- Create attractive visual materials using Canva, PowerPoint, or other creation tools;
- Contribute to the organization of internal events and initiatives related to company life;
- Propose innovative ideas to strengthen employee engagement;
- Participate in enhancing the employer brand through different communication formats.

Required profile :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Communication, Marketing, or equivalent;
- Excellent writing skills in French;
- Good command of creation tools: Canva, PowerPoint (proficiency in the Adobe suite is a plus);
- Interest in HR communication and internal communication;
- Organized, autonomous, and good at managing priorities;
- Creative and able to propose new ideas;
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Video/editing skills would be highly appreciated.
