Job :

Join a dynamic company in the Transport / Courier / Logistics sector as an HR INTERN. This opportunity is based in Casablanca and will allow you to dive into the heart of the HR processes of a growing structure.

Your internship will focus on supporting the HR teams in their daily tasks, with a particular emphasis on administrative support and assistance in managing employee files. You will contribute to the efficiency of HR processes and the improvement of the employee experience.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Participation in administrative personnel management (files, contracts, etc.).
  • Support in following HR procedures.
  • Contribution to the preparation of payroll elements.
  • Assistance in monitoring training and skills development plans.
  • Participation in organizing internal events.
  • Contribution to updating HR databases.

Required profile :

For this internship, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) level is required. Training in the fields of Management, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Personnel, or Training would be a major asset.

First experience of one year, even through internships or work-study programs, is desired for this position, allowing you to apply your theoretical knowledge in a professional environment.

We are looking for a rigorous, organized person with good interpersonal skills. You must demonstrate discretion and a great ability to adapt. Proficiency with IT tools, especially the Microsoft Office Suite, is essential.
