Job :

Mission:

  • As a Recruitment Intern, you will actively participate in our company's recruitment processes. You will be integrated into the HR team and have the opportunity to contribute to various stages of recruitment.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and pre-qualification:

  • Search for and identify potential candidates on job boards and social networks.
  • Screen CVs and conduct telephone pre-qualifications.

Application management:

  • Track received applications and ensure they are processed within the deadlines.
  • Schedule and organize interviews with candidates and managers.

Interviews:

  • Participate in telephone and in-person interviews with candidates.
  • Write interview reports and evaluate candidate skills.

Tracking recruitment processes:

  • Keep recruitment tracking tables up to date.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

HR Projects:

  • Contribute to various HR projects (employer branding, recruitment events, etc.).

Required profile :

Education and Experience: 

  • Education: Student pursuing a Bachelor's (Bac+3) to Master's (Bac+5) degree in Human Resources.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Autonomy & ability to manage stress.

Skills :

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous internship experience in recruitment is desirable
