This internship aims to immerse you in the daily realities of a high-performing Human Resources department, allowing you to understand the different aspects of talent management and employee support. The goal is to give you significant practical experience while concretely participating in the company's HR strategy.

As an HR Intern, your role will be essential in supporting the department in its daily tasks and cross-functional projects. This will include in particular:

• Assisting in the recruitment process, from posting job offers to pre-selecting candidates.
• Participating in the implementation and monitoring of training programs.
• Supporting the administrative management of personnel and updating employee files.
• Contributing to specific projects related to HR development and improving the employee experience.
• Monitoring and analyzing new HR trends.

Required profile :

Your academic background ideally led you to a Bac +5 level and above, with a strong specialization in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training. This solid education forms the basis of your potential.

Although the internship is a learning step, a first experience, even a short one (from 1 to 1 year), in a professional environment related to Human Resources will be a considerable asset. This will demonstrate your ability to engage with the proposed tasks.

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, great thoroughness, and strong organization. Your ability to adapt and your intellectual curiosity will also be major assets. Good command of computer tools, especially Excel, is expected.
