Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will actively participate in various HR activities and be involved in several structuring projects.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Participate in the recruitment process (sourcing, pre-selection, interview scheduling, candidate tracking).
Ensure the administrative follow-up of candidate files.
Contribute to the onboarding of new employees.
Participate in updating HR databases and dashboards.
Assist in organizing training sessions and HR events.
Contribute to HR projects related to employer branding, internal communication, and process improvement.
Participate in various administrative tasks of the HR department.
This experience will allow you to discover all HR professions within a growing industrial group.
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Human Resources Management, Management, or equivalent.
Previous HR internship experience appreciated.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Good command of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Sense of organization, rigor, and discretion.
Analytical mind and ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously.
Dynamic, proactive, and with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong motivation to develop a career in Human Resources.
