Job :

We are recruiting for one of our prestigious clients, operating in the restaurant industry, a Store Manager in Casablanca.

Your role will be to manage the overall performance of the point of sale, ensure a memorable customer experience, and develop your team's potential. The objective is to maximize profitability while fostering a positive and motivating work environment.

Your daily responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, managing a dedicated team, implementing commercial strategies to achieve and exceed set goals, managing stock and supplies, and maintaining the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction and brand image.

Required profile :

Holder of a Bac+2 (2-year post-secondary degree) in hospitality preferably or equivalent

A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles is required as a store manager or restaurant manager.

To excel in this role, you have excellent leadership skills, a strong ability to manage and motivate a team, a keen sense of customer service, and an undeniable results orientation.

Proficiency in sales techniques and good knowledge of the local market are also major assets.
