Job :
Mission(s): Manage and optimize cash flow by developing the company's daily cash position. Ensure monitoring of banking operations, management of receipts and disbursements, account balancing, and processing of internal complaints related to banking services, while ensuring the compliance and efficiency of processes.
Main Responsibilities and Activities:
Establish the actual cash position and analyze the discrepancies compared to the previous day's theoretical balance.
Integrate the planned disbursements communicated by banks into the day's position.
Integrate the planned receipts for the day.
Establish intra-company and inter-company balancing transfers between banks and determine the financing need or the surplus to be invested.
Prepare travel allowances for traveling teams and monitor them.
Open necessary bank accounts for new group entities,
Manage currency delivery, store funds, account openings, and the checklist for each account opening and allowance delivery.
Manage complaints related to banking services and ensure the quick resolution of problems encountered by internal departments.
