As part of the development of our Supeco business unit, we are strengthening our Security and Control department by recruiting a Control Supervisor in Marrakech.
Assigned to the Security and Control Department, your role is to ensure the compliance of in-store practices, the reliability of operations, and risk management, while contributing to the continuous improvement of operational performance.
Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure the monitoring and evaluation of stores through regular visits, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, hygiene, safety, and merchandising standards, as well as the quality of customer service and the good condition of the points of sale;
- Identify non-conformities, propose corrective actions, and control cash operations, inventory counts, shrinkage management, and the smooth running of commercial activities;
- Supervise and analyze inventory counts, detect anomalies through internal investigations, write detailed reports, and ensure the follow-up of corrective and disciplinary actions;
- Support and train store teams, while ensuring the continuity of operations during handovers between different stakeholders.
Required profile :
- With a Bac+2 (2-year higher education diploma), you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the retail sector.
- Good command of audit and internal control techniques;
- Knowledge of store operations (cashier, stock, merchandising);
- Ability to analyze, synthesize, and write reports;
- Rigor, integrity, and keen observation skills;
- Good interpersonal skills, communication skills;
- Mobility and availability for frequent travel.
