Job :
Supervise the progress of inventories, ensuring that procedures are followed.
Main Responsibilities and Activities:
- Inventory Management:
- Perform inventories in accordance with the predefined schedule.
- Monitor the preparation and organization of stockrooms and the store before inventories begin.
- Coordinate and manage the team of inventory controllers.
- Ensure the strict application of counting and data entry procedures.
- Verify and consolidate inventory results.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and make corrections.
- Update stock levels after each inventory.
- Prepare and present reports on activity.
- Management:
- Recruit, train, and support teams.
