Job :

  • Ensure real-time supervision of IT infrastructure, applications, and services to guarantee their availability and performance.
  • Manage IT production activities, job scheduling, and critical operations monitoring.
  • Handle incidents, alerts, and escalations while ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Lead and support the IT supervision team, ensuring skill development and 24/7 operational organization.
  • Implement and optimize monitoring, automation, and supervision tools.
  • Analyze incidents, conduct root cause analyses (RCA), and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, business units, and service providers to ensure service continuity.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects, automation, and deployment of new supervision solutions.
  • Produce performance, availability, and incident tracking reports for management.
  • Guarantee service quality and contribute to the continuous improvement of information system resilience.

Required profile :

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) in Networks and Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in network supervision, NOC operations, or IT environment.
  • Desired certifications: ITIL, Cisco CCNP, or equivalent.
