Service Station Supervisor - Casablanca

Company :

A major company, a leader in its sector, is recruiting a Service Station Supervisor.

Job :

Reporting to Management, you will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the activity of the service stations assigned to you.

Your main tasks are:

• Supervise and support the teams and managers of the service stations.
• Ensure the smooth running of daily operations and compliance with internal procedures.
• Monitor the commercial and operational performance of the stations and implement necessary actions to improve them.
• Control inventory, sales, and supply management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards at the stations.
• Follow up on incidents, complaints, and malfunctions and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare activity reports and ensure information is relayed to Management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with service standards.

Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree (3/4 years) in Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years minimum experience in managing or supervising points of sale, ideally in the service station, distribution, or retail sector.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Commercial sense, leadership, and ability to drive performance.
• Rigor, organization, autonomy, and analytical skills.
• Geographical mobility and a valid driving license (Category B) are required.
