Job :

Your Missions:

  • Handle complex incidents and requests related to Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Azure AD, Power Platform
  • Ensure escalation to level 3 or specialized teams if necessary.
  • Analyze root causes, propose corrective action plans, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Write procedures for Level 1 Support
  • Track and update tickets in the Bynow tool
  • Monitor MCO indicators
  • Strictly adhere to security rules
  • Take an interest in M365 services and follow Microsoft announcements in the Message Center
  • PowerShell scripting
     

Required profile :

Profile Sought:

  • Exchange Online: Mailboxes, delegations, mail flows, Transport Rules, header analysis, Dkim/Dmarc/SPF protocols, Tracking Logs
  • Teams: team management, policies, meetings, telephony
  • Sharepoint Online: sites, permissions..
  • OneDrive
  • Azure Ad: Accounts, groups, PIM, Conditional Access, MFA
  • On-Premise AD and Exchange server environment
  • PowerShell (Exchange, Teams, Graph, Ad Modules)
  • Network knowledge

Microsoft certifications will be an additional asset.
