ORH Assessment is helping a multinational company operating in the agri-food, distribution, and logistics sectors to recruit their Talent Acquisition Manager.

Job :

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have a central role that is both operational and managerial. Your tasks will be around:

• Leading the entire recruitment process for different business areas
• Carrying out sourcing and search actions for hard-to-find and strategic profiles
• Supporting and challenging managers in defining needs and making decisions
• Developing a consulting approach with operational management
• Structuring and tracking recruitment performance indicators
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools
• Ensuring the quality of the candidate experience and the consistency of internal practices
• Managing and supporting a recruitment team as needed for the area.

Required profile :

Education

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent

Experience

• 6 to 10 years of experience in recruitment, with a significant part in direct search within a generalist recruitment agency
• Experience in structured and demanding environments
• Excellent negotiation and convincing skills with managers
• Strong results orientation and internal service mindset
• Good interpersonal skills, rigor, and ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
