Job :

Main Mission:

The Team Leader is responsible for coordinating and leading the SCEE/SCMA team, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with company standards. He/she plays a key role in reporting to the project manager and the client and in the continuous improvement of business processes.

Objectives:

• Ensure that the deliverables produced meet the defined quality criteria
• Make sure that deliverables are produced efficiently and on time.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize work methodologies.

Main Activities:

Team Management:

• Supervise, coach, and motivate the team.
• Plan tasks according to project priorities.
• Evaluate team performance and identify training needs based on the Skills Matrix.
• Facilitate communication between the project manager (PM) and the team.
• Review and approve team leave requests in coordination with the PM + approve allocation
   

Activity Coordination:

• Support the team's skill development
• Main point of contact for the client in Morocco on operational matters
• Ensure the production of KPIs requested by the client
• Ensure the weekly reporting of the SCEE/SCMA team in the ALTENOVA tool
• Produce internal production KPIs for the team
• Co-lead project review meetings (COPROJ)

Documentation and Reporting:

• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) in his/her area of responsibility.
• Document processes and update operational procedures + map activities
• Capitalize on lessons learned from various crises
• Track detected anomalies and ensure their timely resolution.
   

Process Improvement:

Propose improvements to activity methodologies if necessary.

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in industrial engineering or logistics
• 3 to 5 years of experience
• Experience in team management
• Experience in Supplier management
• Transport, Incoterms
• Knowledge of the automotive world and Supply Chain (Inbound, Outbound) Factory and Sales
• Proficiency in Excel
• Meeting facilitation skills
• Writing skills
• Good interpersonal skills, initiative
• Proficiency in English (independent user)
