Job :

Main Tasks:

1. Agricultural Farm Monitoring

• Supervision of cultivation operations (planting, maintenance, harvesting, phytosanitary treatments)
• Planning and monitoring of agricultural work schedules
• Checking the proper use of inputs, seeds, and equipment
• Keeping records of production, yield, and inventory
• Monitoring irrigation systems (drip irrigation)

        2. Resource & Team Management

• Supervision and organization of work for permanent and seasonal farm workers
• Management of schedules, attendance sheets, and field payroll
• Monitoring the maintenance of equipment, vehicles, and agricultural machinery
• Inventory management (inputs, spare parts, materials)

        3. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Preparation of weekly and monthly activity reports for management
• Monitoring performance indicators (yields, costs, water consumption)
• Participation in the preparation of farm budgets
• Proposing corrective actions and technical improvements  

Required profile :

• Associate's to Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in Estate Management, Agriculture, Rural Engineering, Agronomic Sciences
• Accepted qualifications: Specialized Technician in Agriculture

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role on an agricultural farm
• Experience in managing field teams is a plus
• Knowledge of the Moroccan agricultural sector is essential

Technical Skills

• Cultivation and agronomic techniques
• Management of irrigation and water resources
• Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word)
• Management of inputs and inventory
• Phytosanitary knowledge and good agricultural practices
