Your role will be essential to ensure the longevity and performance of our equipment. The main goal is to maintain an optimal production environment by acting with reactivity and precision on all technical aspects.

Your responsibilities will include preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, breakdown management, intervention tracking, and participation in the continuous improvement of processes. You will be required to perform the following tasks:

• Diagnose technical malfunctions on various equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance operations according to established plans.
• Intervene quickly in case of breakdown to minimize production downtime.
• Write intervention reports and keep technical documentation up to date.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operation.
• Participate in the installation of new equipment or the modification of existing equipment.

Required profile :

To thrive in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required. A specialization in Production, Quality, Safety, or Maintenance would be a major asset.

We are looking for someone with significant experience, ideally between 3 and 10 years, in similar roles. Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a appreciated plus.

You have a solid knowledge of industrial maintenance technologies and a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems. Your key skills include:

• Mastery of electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams.
• Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with different teams.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry would be a definite advantage.
