Join a major player in the Distribution sector as an IT Network Maintenance Technician. Based in Casablanca, this position is a great opportunity to start your career in a dynamic and growing environment.

The main goal of this role is to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure, thus contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.

Your tasks will include installing, configuring, and maintaining network equipment. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and providing technical support to users. On-site intervention and technological watch will also be an integral part of your responsibilities.

Mission
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and installing
equipment or IT/office equipment parks (hardware, software, networks,
...), according to company management rules.
May advise, train, and assist users (on-site or via remote support).
May assemble or integrate equipment (standard or specific configurations).


Roles and responsibilities
• Perform preventive maintenance of machines and systems based on a maintenance schedule.
• Ensure the repair of damaged machines and equipment.
• Ensure the elimination of technical anomalies on broken-down equipment.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems: Post-delivery/processing, distribution boards,
control panels, variable speed drives, and electronic starters.
• Report anomalies of equipment visited for Preventive Maintenance.
• Update equipment  

Required profile :

To be considered for this position, a Bac +2 level of education is required, ideally in the field of IT or Electronics.

Although we are looking for an entry-level candidate, previous experience, even short (1 to 1 year), in network maintenance or IT support would be a considerable asset.

• Solid knowledge of network architectures (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
• Proficiency in common operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Autonomy, rigor, and proactivity.
