Join our dynamic company in the Distribution sector, based in Casablanca. We are looking for a passionate IT Network Maintenance Technician to actively contribute to our success.

Your role will be essential to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of our network infrastructure. You will participate in the preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, thus ensuring the continuity of our daily operations and user support.

• Diagnose hardware and software failures of network equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations in accordance with procedures.
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, etc.).
• Participate in the deployment of new network solutions.
• Document interventions and keep the hardware inventory up to date.
• Assist users with any network-related issues.
• Ensure network security and performance.

Required profile :

For this position, a Bac +2 (2-year post-secondary education) level is required.

Professional experience of 1 to 2 years is expected. Initial experience in network maintenance will be a major asset.

• Solid knowledge of IT network administration and maintenance (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Proficiency in common operating systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Autonomy, rigor, and organization.
• A network certification would be a plus.
• To be considered for this role, a Bac +2 level of education is required, ideally in IT or Electronics.
• Although we are looking for an entry-level profile, initial experience, even short (1 to 1 year), in network maintenance or IT support would be a considerable asset.
• Solid knowledge of network architectures (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
  Proficiency in common operating systems (Windows, Linux).
  Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
  Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  Autonomy, rigor, and proactivity.
