Job :

Monitoring of construction and finishing works for real estate projects:

- Supervise all construction and finishing works for the structures
- Check that the work carried out complies with the project's plans and specifications
- Plan and ensure that deadlines are met by the various parties involved
- Coordinate all service providers and site management
- Assist and participate in the acceptance of works by site management
- Ensure the delivery of properties or structures and provide after-sales service and ensure proper functioning during operation
 

Required profile :

Associate's degree (Bac+2) or professional license in civil engineering and construction

Mandatory experience of at least 5 years
Proficiency in techniques for managing construction sites and projects in all technical fields (TCE) (Monitoring, coordination, and supervision of works)
Proficiency in technical building systems (structural work, plumbing, air conditioning, electricity, etc.)
Proficiency in architectural trades (cladding, false ceilings, dry partitions, etc.)
Planning skills
Compliance checks and acceptance of works
