Job :

As an IT Operations Technician, your role will be to ensure the support, assistance, and service continuity of IT systems for the group's employees. You will be the primary contact between the IT department and users, ensuring efficient handling of requests and incidents, their follow-up, resolution, or escalation in compliance with procedures and service commitments.

Your tasks include:

• Handling incidents and requests requiring a long processing time.
• Performing controlled and documented actions on: workstations, systems, applications, networks, video conferencing, printing, mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, PDAs, etc.).
• Ensuring daily operation of IT environments in compliance with procedures.
• Managing and tracking major and recurring incidents until resolution.
• Escalating unresolved requests and incidents, with a diagnosis, to System, Network, and Application Administrators.
• Organizing and maintaining hardware and software inventories.
• Participating in the management and steering of IT changes.
• Updating and enriching the knowledge base.
• Providing technical and methodological support to Helpdesk technicians.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of IT service quality and processes.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Higher education: Bac+2/3 in IT (Networks & Telecoms, Professional IT Degree or equivalent).
• Professional experience: 5 years of experience in IT support and operations.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Windows operating systems and office environments, Knowledge of computer networks and IT infrastructure, Use of support and ticket management tools, Management of access, user accounts, and rights, Basic knowledge of computer maintenance and user support.
• Professional aptitudes: Service-oriented and user-focused, Rigor and organizational skills, Reactivity and ability to manage priorities, Analytical and problem-solving skills.
