Job :

Our company, a leader in its field, based in Nador, is looking for a Laboratory Technician to join its teams.

At the heart of our projects, your role will be essential in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products.

The laboratory technician performs the checks requested by the quality department and is responsible for process control checks, including those requested by the production department.

• Ensure the execution of analyses and checks of the chemical qualities of raw materials and cements according to the control plan.
• Ensure their compliance with objectives.
• Ensure the execution of tests and checks of the physical and mechanical qualities of the product during manufacturing and of finished products (shipments).
• Respect the recommendations of the quality system (standards, procedures, instructions, methods, control plan, specifications…etc)
• Record the results of analyses and tests on the provided media (registers, computers…etc)
• Ensure the cleaning, lubrication, and proper functioning of the equipment (first-level maintenance)
• Inform management of any non-conformities observed and participate in their resolution.
• Ensure the mixing of cement
• Ensure the collection of cement and raw material samples for self-monitoring and control by an accredited body. 
• Participate in the environmental analysis of the center and in the development of action plans arising from it. 
   

Required profile :

Your background includes a Bac +2 level diploma, DUT / BTS / DTS ideally (Industrial Chemistry, Process Engineering...)

Confirmed experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position is required, ideally in the industrial construction materials sector.

Specialized training in Production, Quality, Safety, or Maintenance would be a major asset. You have a good knowledge of the sector's standards and regulations. Your rigor, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team will be decisive.
