Job :

As part of strengthening our technical team, we are looking for a Tooling Technician specialized in Mechanical Manufacturing, responsible for ensuring the maintenance, repair, and optimization of production molds.

Main tasks:
Reporting to the Tooling/Maintenance department, you will be responsible for:

Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of molds.
Carry out disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, and testing of molds.
Diagnose mold defects and malfunctions and carry out necessary repairs.
Replace and adjust wear parts: ejectors, columns, bushes, inserts, etc.
Perform fitting and polishing operations on cavities.
Check the proper functioning of cooling circuits.
Participate in continuous improvement and optimization of mold lifespan.
Ensure traceability of interventions in the CMMS (SAP).
Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality standards, and internal procedures.

Required profile :

Associate's degree (Bac+2) in Mechanical Manufacturing, Tooling, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment using injection molds.
Good command of reading and interpreting mechanical drawings.
Solid skills in fitting, polishing, disassembly, and reassembly of molds.
Mastery of tool diagnosis and repair techniques.
Knowledge of SAP / CMMS is a plus.
