Founded in 1965, the Groupe Richbond is the leader in its field of activity. Today, we are a manufacturer of foam and mattresses, a weaver, a seamster, an upholsterer, and a carpenter, and we continuously improve our business.

In March 2018, Richbond Group completed the acquisition of a majority stake in “Silentnight Kenya”, a company specializing in the production of spring mattresses based in Nairobi.

Main mission:
To ensure the planning and optimization of production flows, guaranteeing deadlines are met and efficient stock management.
Main activities:
Develop and monitor the production schedule based on orders and production capacities.
Launch and coordinate manufacturing orders between different production sections.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply teams to ensure smooth operations management.
Monitor production achievements.
Establish monitoring indicators and analyze deviations.
Holder of a Bac+3 (Bachelor's degree) in Business Management, Production Management, or Logistics
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in scheduling or production planning
Proficiency in computer tools
Proficiency in production management tools is desired
Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team
Knowledge of stock management
