Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements:
•Participate in identifying and assessing risks in your work area
•Follow the prescribed preventive measures and protections
•Apply standards in every action
Operate the STG1 station according to QHSE standards:
•Prepare your workstation and be aware of operating instructions
•Monitor the operating parameters of the station and act appropriately to
anticipate any incidents affecting station performance, product quality, energy consumption, and
HSE performance
•Take samples, send them to the laboratory, analyze the results, and act accordingly
•Ensure the smooth running of STG1 station operations: preparation of melting, evaporation, crystallization,
and drying and cooling
•Give instructions to the turbine operator to adjust the turbine flow rate based on production pace
•Prepare the end-of-shift report (safety, process, maintenance) and fill in quality records
Monitor the proper functioning of STG1 installation equipment:
•Perform rounds to check the operating status of STG1 station equipment
•Perform N1 maintenance tasks on STG1 station equipment
•Supervise maintenance work during the annual shutdown
Configure equipment according to operational needs and management instructions:
•Start up/shut down the STG1 station
•Operate the batch cooker manually in case of regulation failure
•Perform basic cleaning of evaporators if necessary (cleaning standard)
•Ensure cleaning operations: melters, dissolvers, dryer, cooler, etc.
Participate in continuous improvement projects
•Propose improvement actions and implement validated actions
