Job :

Main activities:

  • Take charge of Level 2 incidents and requests on Windows and MacOS environments.
  • Ensure the administration and support of Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Manage application deployments and workstation administration via SCCM and Intune.
  • Participate in the analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex incidents.
  • Ensure ticket follow-up and escalation to specialized teams when necessary.
  • Contribute to task automation and continuous service improvement.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

  • Good mastery of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Knowledge of SCCM, Intune, and Azure AD solutions.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of MacOS environments and Jamf Pro is appreciated.
  • Experience with virtualized environments (Citrix, VMware, Nutanix) is an asset.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Rigor and autonomy.
  • Team spirit and sense of service.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication ability.
  • Ability to work in complex technical environments.
