Main tasks
Reporting to the IT Manager, you will manage the computer and telephone equipment, maintain systems and networks, and provide technical support to users.
Equipment management and maintenance
Participation in the purchase, installation, and updating of IT equipment (computers, servers, peripherals, software)
Maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting of hardware and telephone incidents
Management of telephone services (contracts, cancellations, changes) and carrying out annual inventories
Assistance and on-site technical support for users
Systems and networks administration
Administration and operation of networks and servers (access rights, security, backups)
Monitoring and maintenance of information systems: ERP SAGE X3, payroll software, time tracking system, video surveillance, Office 365 email
Participation in dematerialization and archiving projects
Management of external IT service providers
Writing procedures and technical documents
Website maintenance
Monitoring and updating the company's website
Required profile :
Profile sought
Education: Associate's degree (Bac+2) in Networks & Telecommunications, IT, or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Technical skills:
Proficiency in workstation hardware architecture
Knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS operating systems
Solid understanding of computer networks and IP telephony
Proficiency with office and deployment tools
Basic knowledge of IT security
Knowledge of video surveillance and video conferencing systems is a plus

Good interpersonal skills and ability to explain technical concepts simply
