SALES REPRESENTATIVE (medical supplies) - CASABLANCA

Sahmed, our subsidiary, distributes medical consumables, especially in urology, to meet the health sector's needs for quality and availability.

Our two companies offer our clients a professional and expert sales team to meet the varied needs of our partners: Ministry of Health (university hospitals, provincial hospitals, specialized centers, etc.), Medical Equipment Directorate, CNSS polyclinics, military hospitals, clinics, and private practices.

Job :

Reporting to the Sales Department, you will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy in the health sector. You will develop sales of medical consumables to public and private hospitals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop revenue and volumes in your sector.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of major hospital accounts.
• Oversee product referencing and respond to tenders.
• Negotiate commercial terms (prices, volumes, contracts).
• Ensure the promotion, deployment, and follow-up of products with users.
• Train and inform client teams.
• Conduct competitive and regulatory monitoring.

Required profile :

Profile sought

• Bachelor's degree (4/5 years) in science or commerce (health sector).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in selling medical consumables or devices in a hospital setting.
• Proficiency in hospital purchasing processes.
• Excellent negotiation skills, autonomy, results-oriented.
• English is a plus.
