Join a dynamic company in the Insurance / Brokerage sector, ideally located in Casablanca. An exciting opportunity awaits you as a Commercial Insurance Advisor. Your main mission will be to actively contribute to the commercial development of our structure by offering insurance solutions tailored to our clients.

As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, your objectives will be to exceed the set sales targets, ensure optimal customer satisfaction, and participate in expanding our client portfolio. Your role is essential for achieving our commercial ambitions.

Your days will be structured around various key tasks:

  • Welcome, advise, and assist clients by phone to understand their insurance needs.
  • Present and propose suitable insurance products, highlighting their benefits.
  • Manage information requests and objections from prospects and clients professionally.
  • Carry out sales operations and subscribe to insurance contracts.
  • Follow up and manage the existing client portfolio, ensuring a long-term trusting relationship.
  • Participate in telephone prospecting and loyalty campaigns.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a diploma equivalent to a Bac +2 (2-year post-secondary degree) is required. Training or specialization in call center professions would be a major asset for quickly grasping the specifics of the position.

First professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar environment is expected. Whether in telephone sales or a call center, your background should have allowed you to develop good interpersonal skills and an initial understanding of sales techniques.

We are looking for a person with excellent listening and communication skills, capable of building trust with others. Your sense of persuasion and your taste for challenge will be undeniable assets. Good computer skills and writing ability are also expected. Dynamism and a strong customer focus are qualities that characterize you.
