Join a major player in the Insurance / Brokerage sector as a Commercial Insurance Call Center Agent in our dynamic Casablanca agency. You will embody the excellence of our customer relations and actively contribute to our commercial development.
Your main goal will be to develop and retain our client portfolio through a proactive and personalized sales approach, while ensuring impeccable service quality.
On a daily basis, your main tasks will be as follows:
- Identify and contact qualified prospects to offer them our insurance solutions adapted to their needs.
- Advise and assist clients in choosing their policies, explaining the guarantees and prices.
- Ensure the subscription of contracts and the follow-up of client files.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Contribute to achieving individual and collective sales targets.
- Participate in the implementation and follow-up of marketing and commercial actions.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a Bac +2 level (equivalent to a 2-year post-secondary degree) is required, ideally with a specialization in call center professions.
Successful experience of 5 to 10 years in similar roles, ideally in the insurance or brokerage sector, is highly valued.
