Job :

Join a leading company in the Insurance / Brokerage sector in Casablanca. As a Sales Advisor in Insurance, you will be at the heart of our commercial development strategy, actively contributing to the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers.

Your role will be essential in achieving our sales and customer portfolio development objectives. You will propose insurance solutions adapted to the needs of our prospects and clients, while ensuring high-quality service that strengthens our market position.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Welcoming, informing, and advising customers by phone about our insurance products and services.
  • Identifying customer needs and proposing personalized offers that match their profile.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls in compliance with established procedures.
  • Ensuring follow-up of customer files and qualification of prospects.
  • Contributing to the achievement of individual and collective commercial objectives.

You will be a key player in building lasting relationships of trust with our customers.


Required profile :

A 2-year college degree (Bac+2) is required for this position.

Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally in the insurance call center sector, is expected.

To excel in this role, it is essential to have:

  • Excellent listening and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a keen sense of customer service.
  • A strong commercial orientation and the ability to persuade.
  • Good knowledge of insurance products.
  • Perseverance and the ability to work in a team.
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools and customer relationship management software.
