Taking incoming customer calls
Analyzing customer requests and providing suitable solutions
Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction
Professional and friendly handling of all concerns

Required profile :

  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • First experience in customer service is a plus
  • Confident use of common IT tools
