Required profile :

Ideally, you have a degree equivalent to 2 years of higher education, specializing in call center jobs.

Experience of 1 to 5 years in a similar role is desired. This period has allowed you to develop good interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.

To excel in this role, several qualities are essential:

• Excellent command of oral and written communication.
