Job :

We are recruiting French-speaking technical support agents to join a dynamic call center project.
Tasks:
• Provide technical assistance to customers
• Diagnose and resolve problems (level 1 / 2)
• Ensure a quality customer experience
• Track requests using internal tools


Required profile :

• Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
• Good communication skills and sense of service
• Basic knowledge of computers and technical support
• Ability to work in a team and manage stress
