Job :
the Test Lead's main missions are:
• To ensure the animation, operational management of their Squad, and support the development of their testers to meet the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management
• To define, organize, and conduct manual and automated testing campaigns with the aim of quality
• To create, execute, monitor, and maintain manual and automated tests related to UAT and Smoke test packs according to technical and functional evolutions
• To ensure the overall validation of deliveries with Business - To guarantee the quality of production deliveries
Required profile :
You have a Bac+4 or higher and 2 to 5 years of successful experience in a similar role
Good command of English, both written and spoken (international team)
Good understanding of the test cycle, from user requirement gathering to test design and execution, manual and automatic.
• Strong command of agile methods
• Proficiency in testing tools (knowledge of AzureDevops, JIRA…)
• Good knowledge of test automation tools: Selenium…
• Good knowledge of databases (SQL Server)
• Proficiency in reporting tools
• Good knowledge of Web Services
• Knowledge of scripting and development languages
