To support the growth of our international service center in Casablanca, we are recruiting an Automation Developer (M/F).
The Automation department is responsible for managing and carrying out automation projects for the V360 directorate. It is heavily involved in the Challenge, Simplify, and Automate initiative, which aims to improve customer experience, strengthen our agility, and reduce non-value-added tasks.
Main activities:
- Implement solutions as defined during the study and design phase of the project, carrying out developments in compliance with eco-design rules.
- Perform unit tests, integration tests, peer-to-peer tests, and performance tests.
- Ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide functional and technical advice and share best development practices.
- Write detailed technical specifications for deliverables as development iterations progress.
Required profile :
Profile:
- Bac+5 degree (Master's or Engineering degree) in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in Python development.
- Software development experience with Micro Focus (OpenText) Operations Orchestration and BMC Software Bladelogic System Automation, Ansible.
- Python development (20% of the time).
- Knowledge of agile practices.
- Ability to write specifications in French.
- Good communication skills in French.
- Theoretical knowledge of supervision fields.
- Theoretical knowledge of IT system operations fields.
- General knowledge of telco and/or IT networks (4G...).
- Ability to understand and summarize multiple issues expressed by various stakeholders.
- Communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to meet and enforce commitments regarding results, costs, and deadlines, and to implement necessary action plans.
