Surveyor Site Manager Civil Engineering - Rabat

Job :

• Perform the topographic surveys needed for studies and work execution;
• Carry out site layouts according to execution plans;
• Ensure the supervision of civil engineering works on site, respecting deadlines, quality, and technical requirements;
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and material resources assigned to the work;
• Check the conformity of the work carried out against plans and technical specifications;
• Participate in the preparation of work statements, measurements, and progress reports;
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and organization rules on site;
• Provide regular progress reports to management;
• Collaborate with the design office and project stakeholders for the smooth running of operations.

Required profile :

• Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a similar field;
• Proven experience in managing civil engineering works and/or site works;
• Good command of surveying tools and equipment (total station, level, GPS, etc.);
• Ability to read and interpret execution plans and technical documents;
• Good command of computer tools and technical software (AutoCAD, Covadis, or equivalent);
• Sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy on site;
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage field teams;
• Reactivity and ability to manage unforeseen events on site;
• Driving license B required;
• Experience in electrical, photovoltaic, or VRD (Roads and Utilities) projects would be a plus.
