Job :

As a Traffic Manager, you will manage the following tasks:

 

  • Manage the agency's digital traffic: design and deploy innovative and effective digital strategies to increase visibility and traffic on all of the agency's clients' platforms.
  • Optimize campaign performance: analyze data and KPIs, develop high-performing strategies, test new solutions, and continuously adjust campaigns to maximize results.
  • Ensure permanent market monitoring: follow digital and creative trends, as well as local and global market practices, to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with teams: work closely with marketing teams, supplier partners, creative teams, and technical teams (within the agency and at the advertiser's) to ensure an optimal user experience.
  • Innovate: propose original and relevant concepts to capture and retain the audience
     

Required profile :

  • You hold a Master's degree in digital marketing and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in traffic management (acquisition, display, retargeting, etc.).
  • You are proficient with the main planning and sponsorship tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Linkedin Ads, Youtube, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.) and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, or Tag Manager.
  • You have solid expertise in SEO and SEA, and are able to optimize budgets to maximize ROI.
  • You enjoy teamwork and are motivated by ambitious daily challenges.
  • Creative and responsive, you are constantly looking for new ideas to capture and engage your audience.
  • Organized and rigorous, you know how to effectively manage your priorities and meet deadlines.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating exchanges with your internal and external contacts
