Job :

We are recruiting for our client, a Japanese restaurant in Casablanca, an Experienced Buyer to manage and optimize the establishment's purchases.

Main tasks:

• Identify and select suppliers suitable for the hotel's needs.
• Negotiate prices, deadlines, and purchase conditions.
• Manage orders and ensure supply follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with budgets and cost optimization.
• Control the quality of products and services purchased.
• Monitor the market and purchasing opportunities.
   

Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in Purchasing, Logistics, Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good command of computer tools.
• Organization, rigor, and sense of responsibility.
