Job :
As part of its development, our client is hiring a Marketing & Sales Manager with a very hands-on profile, capable of doing, managing, and leading.
We are looking for a complete profile: creative + vision + management + field experience.
Responsibilities
• Define and manage the marketing & sales strategy
• Practically execute actions (digital & offline)
• Deploy campaigns (social media, ads, field)
• Implement field marketing actions:
• Events, activations, partnerships
• Local actions (flyers, offers, field presence)
• Grow revenue (acquisition & conversion)
• Prospect, sell, and close partnerships
• Monitor performance and continuously optimize
• Lead and coordinate teams (marketing / sales)
Required profile :
Profile sought
• Doer + manager profile
• Master's degree (Bac+5)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in marketing (online & offline) and sales
• Ability to manage AND execute
• Leadership and team management skills
• Comfortable with prospecting and sales
• Autonomous, dynamic, and results-oriented
• Passionate about sports, leisure, and business
