Job :

• Welcome each customer with courtesy, professionalism, and kindness.
• Identify customer needs and offer personalized advice.
• Apply the defined service standards
• Promote products on display for sale.
• Participate in store maintenance: tidying, cleanliness, and merchandising
• Conduct inventory of points of sale monthly or when necessary.
• Ensure a quality customer experience
   

Required profile :

Associate's degree (Bac+2) minimum, ideally from a business school or a sales-related training program
Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
Previous sales experience appreciated
Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor
Dynamic, independent, and team spirit
Passion for sales and customer relations
Availability (weekends and holidays according to schedule)
