We are hiring: Customer Advisor (m/f/d) – German C1+ | Casablanca

Do you speak fluent German (at least C1) and love interacting with people? Then you're in the right place with us!

Location: Casablanca
Area: Customer Service (Inbound – E-Commerce)

Your tasks:
Handling incoming customer inquiries (phone / E-Commerce)
Advising and supporting customers with orders, deliveries, and products
Ensuring high customer satisfaction
Professional and friendly communication in daily customer contact
 

Required profile :

  • Your profile:
    Very good German skills (at least C1) – Certificate required
    Strong communication skills and a distinct customer focus
    Enjoy interacting with customers and teamwork
