Poste :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead overall business strategy and operational execution.
• Manage sales, operations, marketing, finance, and partner relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hotels, transport providers, and tour operators.
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan tourism regulations and licensing.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability.
• Uphold service standards aligned with GCC customer expectations.

Profil recherché :

Requirements :

• Minimum 8 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
•  At least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of inbound tourism to Morocco.
• Experience with GCC markets is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
