Tech Lead / Lead Developer (H/F) - Casablanca

As part of our continued growth and team expansion, we are currently hiring a Tech Lead / Lead Developer for a full-time permanent position.

Poste :

• Design and define the overall code architecture across all platforms (Backend, Frontend, Mobile)
• Be the main technical reference for the team the person they come to when stuck
• Write and review code regularly, set the standards and lead by example
• Drive technical decisions: architecture patterns, tech choices, coding standards
• Lead and coordinate the full engineering team (Backend, Frontend,Mobile/React Native, QA) on a daily basis
• Break down product features into tasks, assign and follow up with the team
• Identify blockers early and help the team move forward
• Act as the bridge between the CTO and the development team

Profil recherché :

• Bac+2 minimum skills and leadership track record matter more than your degree
• 4+ years of experience in software development — full stack background is a strong plus
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a dev team
• Strong understanding of software architecture and best practices
• Comfortable making technical decisions and owning them
• Excellent communication and organization skills
•  Familiar with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (Jira, Linear or equivalent)
