Poste :

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate daily transportation schedules and transfers.
• Supervise drivers and vehicle assignments.
• Ensure vehicles meet safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Manage relationships with transport providers.
• Handle operational issues and emergency situations 

Profil recherché :

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in similar roles is essential. This experience will have allowed you to develop solid expertise in logistics and transport operations management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent knowledge of the logistics and transport sectors.
• Proven skills in team management and project leadership.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and propose innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in IT tools and logistics management software (e.g., TMS, WMS).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Rigor, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
