Manager Carrefour Forum: ‘Human Capital & AI Supporting Economic Development’

 

The ISCAE Group, the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Morocco (CFCIM) and the Association of ISCAE Group Graduates (ALISCA) are organizing the 39th edition of the Carrefour du Manager on November 22 & 23, 2023. This is the leading recruitment fair in Morocco, under the theme ‘Human Capital & AI Supporting Economic Development’

This edition will see the participation of nearly 50 Moroccan and international companies from all sectors and more than 3000 students from business and engineering schools, faculties and universities.

 

The carefully considered topics will be discussed and debated by high-level panels. Top managers, experts, analysts, teacher-researchers and AI specialists will share their experience and expertise over two days during 3 workshops:

 

  • Workshop 1: The importance of continuing education for human capital and the place of AI in learning
  • Workshop 2: Diversity and inclusion to improve human capital in companies
  • Workshop 3: How AI impacts HR processes, challenges and tools

 

These workshops will be followed by the awards ceremony for the 2nd edition of Startup Avenue, a competition dedicated to startups with innovative projects that address AI solutions for businesses. Two startups will be awarded: The best startup prize and the jury's coup de cœur prize.
