Employer Brand Morning at CFCIM: ReKrute launches the Love My Job label and puts happiness at work at the heart of performance

This Tuesday, October 7, CFCIM and ReKrute brought together over 150 leaders and HR experts for a breakfast dedicated to the Employer Brand, around a central theme:
"Happiness at work and performance: the new challenge for leaders?"

A meeting rich in exchanges, where participants shared their visions on the new balances between organizational performance, employee engagement, and well-being at work.

A debate on new HR priorities

Faced with the rapid transformation of the world of work and the growing expectations of talents seeking meaning, balance, and a supportive environment, speakers stressed the need to rethink management models.

The discussions addressed key topics such as innovative management practices, employer attractiveness levers, and strategies to reconcile performance and professional fulfillment.

Among the leaders present:

  • Assya El Boukfaoui, Country Lead Morocco – Genius Services (Sogetrel)

  • Nawfal Jabri, President – Cnexia

  • Souhail Houmaini, CEO & Partner – M Automotiv

  • François Marchal, General Manager – Saham Bank

All shared a common observation: sustainable performance requires a more human approach to business, based on recognition, trust, and motivation.

"Love My Job": a label that celebrates companies where it's good to work

The event also marked the official launch of the "Love My Job" label, a new initiative by ReKrute, complementing the Feel Good and Krunchy Company labels.

While Feel Good rewards companies that place well-being at the center of their culture, and Krunchy Company distinguishes the most attractive employers for executives, "Love My Job" goes even further: it gives employees a voice to evaluate their enjoyment at work, their pride of belonging, and their daily commitment.

"With Love My Job, we want to reward companies where employees come to work with enthusiasm and conviction. It is a powerful indicator of engagement and sustainable performance," emphasized Alexandra Montant, Deputy General Manager of ReKrute.
"Today, the employer brand can no longer be limited to image or promise. It is built in the reality of everyday life. This label measures this emotional and authentic dimension of work, which has become essential for retention and inspiration."

A shared commitment to more human performance

Through this partnership, ReKrute and CFCIM reaffirm their common desire to promote sustainable business models, based on trust, recognition, and employee motivation.

This meeting is part of a global approach to promote responsible performance, where employee well-being becomes a lever for innovation, engagement, and competitiveness.
