As the leading online recruitment site in Morocco, we have made every effort to diversify our services according to your profiles, and thus meet the specific needs and objectives of each.
More than 10 pages of employment portals referenced when you enter "Emploi Maroc" on Google, e-recruitment has thus become the reference in Morocco today. However, with a market represented only by generalist sites, it was essential for us to segment the market to better meet the specific expectations of each.
A young graduate must above all be supported in their first job search by local advice and methodological sheets to succeed in entering the world of work. Thus, we have participated in numerous forums and met Moroccan students, in Morocco and internationally, to provide them with assistance in this area: proofreading and validation of CVs, advice on job searching, advice on choosing a field of study towards promising jobs, job interview simulations, etc.
Also, in order to complement our offer to students and young graduates, we recently launched "ReKrute Campus", a technological platform for schools and universities. This solution allows students to easily and transparently access internship and first job offers proposed by their school's partner companies. Launched a few months ago with the CFCIM Campus (EFA, ECS Toulouse), ReKrute Campus is currently being deployed in many major Moroccan schools.
For experienced candidates, we offer advice to help them manage their careers and achieve their goals, through two mechanisms: "career advice", about 3000 articles to have the maximum assets to succeed, relayed by a Newsletter sent weekly to 250,000 candidates. In addition, a Service Center "email + phone" is dedicated to you, through which Human Resources consultants answer your questions. Finally, short videos providing practical advice are currently being broadcast on Hit Radio.
For senior executives who need personalized advice on managing their careers, we will soon be launching a dedicated solution that will allow them to access targeted career opportunities.
For recruiters, we are also innovating and launching personalized solutions for each type of recruitment, in order to more precisely meet their expectations.
Since our beginnings, we have demonstrated our willingness to commit ourselves to you to offer you services with very high added value.
